PVZP company
It is considered the leader among tourist and foreigners insurance in the Czech Republic. The company was founded in 2004, its sole shareholder is the state insurance company VZP ČR. In relation to the Czech Republic's entry into the EU and the change of laws, the state insurance companies were limited in providing a number of products in the field of commercial health insurance. Therefore, the management of VZP decided to establish subsidiary joint stock company PVZP, a.s. Since 2011, PVZP has been developing rapidly and by 2018 the amount of its insurance reserves reached 654 million crowns. A great difference and advantage of PVZP Insurance Company is the largest database of contract clinics and doctors (more than 6000 names) throughout the Czech Republic. Also, the claims department, judging by customer feedback, works at a high level.
SLAVIA company
Slavia pojišťovna, a member of SPGROUP, is the oldest insurance company in the Czech Republic. It was founded in 1868 and its famous logo with the image of a beautiful woman was painted by Alfons Mucha personally. Slavia Insurance currently ranks among the leaders in such services as travel insurance and foreigners insurance. In 2019, the sales turnover exceeded 1 billion Czech crowns. SV pojišťovna, a.s. was founded in 1994 under the name VICTORIA pojišťovna, a.s. and subsequently renamed ERGO pojišťovna, a.s. in 2012. Since November 4, 2021, the owner of ERGO pojišťovna became S. V. Holding AG. ST. Holding AG. Since then the company has been called SV pojišťovna, a.s. SV pojišťovna offers its customers a wide portfolio of insurance products. Until 2018, insurance of foreigners occupied only 5% of the total insurance volume. However, first as Ergo, then as SV pojišťovna, the company is rapidly developing this area due to its extensive resources and vast experience throughout Europe. This insurer regularly improves its insurance products and enhances services related to the insurance of foreigners.

AXA insurance company is part of a group of companies founded in France in the mid-20th century. At the beginning of the 2000s, it became the leading company in the insurance market worldwide, and today it has branches in 57 countries. In the Czech Republic, AXA opened its office in 1998 and rapidly develops all areas of its activities, from investment funds to all types of insurance. The distinctive advantage of the company is its own support service, which is used by other insurance companies, fast work to solve claims and regular improvement of technologies to save time and money of its clients.
